Baxi Assure 518 18kW Gas System 2 Boiler

User-friendly, easy to maintain and easy to install, the Baxi Assure 500 is a lightweight and efficient system boiler that fits neatly into a standard kitchen cupboard. It’s ideal for homes that have high hot water demand or more than one bathroom.

For convenience and ease of use, the boiler is compatible with the Baxi uSense smart heating control. Control your hot water and heating from the comfort of your bed or sofa using your tablet or smart phone.

It’s certified to work with 20% hydrogen and works with natural gas or LPG with no conversion kit required. It can also be installed with a hot water cylinder such as the Megaflo Eco or Baxi cylinder.

A pre-heated siphonic condensate trap prevents your condensate pipes from freezing in winter for more reliable performance.

For total peace of mind, the boiler comes with a warranty that lasts up to 2 years, subject to Baxi’s terms and conditions.
